Currently I am Facilities Maintenance Manager at Arhaus Furniture. Arhaus was founded in 1986 on a simple idea: Furniture and Décor should be sustainably sourced, lovingly made, built to last. Today we partner with Artisans around the world who share our vision, creating beautiful, Heirloom-Quality pieces that can be used-and loved-for Generations. Arhaus by far, offers the finest unique furniture. I'm tasked with managing multi site facilities such as our 1 Million sq. ft. building In Hudson Ohio and 600k sq. ft. building in Conover, NC. as well as our 250k sq. ft. in Walton Hills Oh and 25k office facility in Hudson Oh. I keep these facilities in top shape and in full operation. Inside and out. I sat on a board of Facilities and Maintenance Directors to developed a detail education and training program in Technical Maintenance, that spans 18 months and gives you a Certification, at Maplewood Career Center. In the past, I have enjoyed 30 years in the Fenestration Industry since 1986, with a combination of Management and Technical background. I have spent over 15 years traveling the US, Canada and Mexico to countless Window and Door Manufactures installing, training and troubleshooting Automated Machinery as well as auditing processes. Extensive window and door knowledge. In addition, I have Spent 6+ years as Director of Maintenance / Project Management/ Process Engineering / Asset Care and Reliability. 6+ years as Manufacturing Manager from Machinery Manufacturing to Windows and Doors including the Impact Market, in a lean manufacturing environment. This allowed me to gain a very well rounded background.
