My passion is representing creative, conscientious companies and professionals and fashioning solutions to the complex issues they face; from up-front contract negotiation and risk assessment, aiding in loss prevention or dispute solutions, or, if there is a claim or litigation, working hard to achieve the best result. I work with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals managing risk, resolving disputes and, if necessary, trying cases. In addition to construction professionals, I defend product manufacturers when they get involved in claims in Missouri or Southern Illinois. My dispute resolution practice focuses on the handling of general liability, products liability, and professional liability cases, including all facets of construction law and environmental law claims. I assist design professional clients with complex contract creation and pre-project risk reviews. I love running and view the handling of client matters in much the same way I approach runs: with careful and consistent preparation and always with the goal in mind of the best possible outcome for my client.
