I am the long range planner and manager for the Fleet Replacement Squadron HSM-41. I am responsible for the scheduling of over 100 pilots across a syllabus of over 300 events. I develop and maintain a comprehensive, long term plan for each pilot ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. I have worked to innovate the process by utilizing data-driven insights and forecasting models to optimize pilot schedules, balance workload, and resource allocation efficiently.

I am trusted and charged with the responsibility to train the next generation of Naval Pilots. I train and evaluate over 100 pilots annually for the highly technical missions of anti-surface and anti-submarine warfare using radar, imaging, sonar, passive acoustics, missiles, torpedoes, and crew-served weapons.

I lead a diverse team of over 75 sailors and 10 direct report division managers. I was also responsible for managing three state-of-the-art training facilities with fiscal responsibilities totaling over $1 billion to include industry-leading training simulators for US and foreign partner militaries.

Managed a department of 300 sailors in the management of 42 programs and maintenance on 11 MH-60R helicopters with a total value of over $600 million across 4 disparate ships while deployed to the South China Sea.
