As regional manager I am responsible for supervising and training account managers in the four state region to grow sales and improve brand recognition. Key focuses include developing the wholesale and retail accounts to maximize sales and profitability for KT&G USA. This included developing incentive programs for wholesale and retail, marketing and merchandizing to enhance brand awareness, prospecting for new wholesale and retail outlets for our products, contract management and developing programs for wholesale outlets.
