After being promoted to technical leader, I'm managing to refine my leadership skills, communication, team organization according to demands, delegating tasks and gaining growth opportunities for the developers under my leadership.I was able to deepen my team's relationships with stakeholders, providing visibility and ensuring understanding of the complexity of certain demands by clarifying requirements directly and clearly.I have participated in product refinement meetings, as well as aligning deadlines and delivery expectations.

After working as a third party for over 2 years, Dell hired me to work on the same team I was already a part of. My first task as an employee was to increase the maturity score of our pipelines in gitlab by running security checks and scans like checkmarx, blackduck, sonarqube, etc. We've improved our stack by adopting redux to manage react state, using the React Testing Library for front-end testing, and using SASS for component styling.

As a third party at Dell, I was part of one of the pilot teams in the use of the Pivotal agile methodology, which will be used by the entire development area. One of Pivotal's characteristics is to always work in pairs and rotate the pairs among themselves, therefore, the exchange of knowledge and experiences is intense. I used TDD as a development method; as a front-end we implemented react js together with redux and for its tests I used jest + enzyme. In the backend I worked with the concept of microservices in .Net Core. All ceremonies and meetings were in English and our team consisted of members in Brazil, Romania, India and the USA.

Contractor in the digital bank Agibank, I worked in the debts collection from customers. Our team worked heavily with SQL Server and Oracle (PL / SQL) databases. We work migrating bank routines to microservices, using technologies such as messaging with RabbitMQ, Elastic Search (analyzing data via Kibana), integrations and availability of endpoints with WSO2, among other technologies. We ran Scrum as an agile methodology framework.We maintained three systems that use MVC 4, Entity Framework and AngularJS.

The first team I worked on, served Zurich. We developed a system that controlled requests for credit from policyholders. The project was in MVC4, accessing the database via WCF. Later, I led the technical team in a hybrid mobile project (iOS, Android and Windows Phone) for FIERGS, which managed approvals for requests and requests for purchases and services. It was necessary to study an architecture to be used in later mobile demands. We use phonegap and JqueryMobile, accessing the bank via service.Finally, I worked as a technical reference in the division that serves Procergs, in projects of FPE (Public Finance of the State), which uses a framework from Procergs in VB .Net and SQL Server.

I attended Wal-Mart, in an extremely challenging and very important project for the customer, which aimed to standardize the output format of the most diverse information (customers, suppliers, products, sales, stock) so that it could be consumed, processed and validated by its headquarters in Bentonville (USA), impacting practically all internal systems of Wal-Mart from Brazil, in the most diverse languages.

Working at Maximídia's I.T. department, I implemented the Login / Logout system, whose purpose is to validate the telemarketing operators' entry and exit times, as well as their breaks (provided by law), ensuring compliance with the schedule established by the company. I worked alone in this project in all its stages (analysis, modeling, development, testing, etc.). The C # .Net language was used with Entity Framework 4 to access data and SQL Server 2008, integrated with the existing sales system developed in VB6.

Allocated to the SisCorp/Terra team, whose purpose is to serve all corporate systems of the company Terra Networks, in factory format. The predominant technology was .Net, however, I had the opportunity to work with several programming languages and databases, due to the large number of systems served.As it was a company with CMMI level 3, I worked using methodologies that aim to guarantee the quality of the delivered product, strongly focused on agile methods.With this team, I had the opportunity to deal directly with Terra management, also with end users, dealing with deadlines, feasibility of improvements, preparing documentation (list of requirements, implementation guide, wiki update, etc.).
