Responsible• To ensure client’s orders and material, both tape and file, are processed ready for ingest, and communicate any problems/issues with the client effectively and in a timely manner. • To assist clients with all aspects of their order or any queries they may have.• Ingesting material, to the highest quality, into the ingest system ensuring high productivity at all times with a constant flow of ingestion.• To contribute to MMS and HD work where needed.• Liaise within the national Broadcast team to ensure material is ingested and MMS work completed within timeframes.• Troubleshooting and prioritizing workflow within the team.• Creating, reviewing and improving existing workflows in order to meet the teams and business needs.• Updating and the renewal of department documentation.• Training and supporting new staff to the highest level. • Motivating the team ensuring all standards of practice are met.• Communicating & information sharing between technicians and management• Escalating team performance feedback to management• Testing new systems, software and work tools.Operational Efficiency (Day to day)• Ensure low error rate – Check material is available for ingestion within SLA• Document client issues via phone, email or in person and respond to client within the agreed timelines• Testing end to end for TV or Broadcast products; reporting thoroughly back to IT & Business Solutions or other agreed escalation routes• QC and digitization of all content types ready for broadcast• Closely and attentively monitoring content with the use of Waveform and Vectroscope monitors, cage generators and individual audio channels.• Improving and legalizing content in order to meet Asia broadcaster specification. • In Charge for Malaysia Digital Cinema Package video QC and format conversion

• Maintaining specialist equipment for video production, broadcast and and interactive media;• Installing and testing new facilities and equipment;• Setting up and operating editing facilities in post-production suites;• Analysing and rectifying technical faults on equipment and systems;• Minimizing loss of service at times of equipment failure by rapidly identifying and implementing alternative methods of service provision;• Keeping abreast of constant changes in technology by investigating new systems, techniques and equipment - especially new internet technologies;• Designing and installing custom TV Station workflow;• Interpreting and implementing instructions and requests from producers, directors and other colleagues;• Communicating effectively with members of the team and other colleagues;• Keeping up to date with the industry by building and maintaining a network of contacts. • Company Production demonstration to Oversea & Local clients • Provide Professional Training course and Installation base on client workflow (Oversea & Local)• Provide solution and technical Support to user/ dealer with different level via email, phone and Skype.• SLA Technical Support with 24/7 standby.• Professional Server assembling and testing, Quality Check on server software and hardware before delivery to clients.• Project discussion with Sales team and client before project kick off.• Visual Diagram drawing for system workflow base on client requirement. • Document Preparation for SAT, UAT, action plan, Server maintenance, Work Sheet and others.
