William is the Executive Director at Fluent. He has practiced market research for more than twelve years, designing and managing research programs in the areas of brand positioning and expansion, consumer segmentation, children’s and youth marketing, educational evaluation, and market trends research.William has a strong interest in research as a tool for productive cross-cultural interactions. He has conducted research for corporations, not-for-profit organizations, government agencies, and multinational organizations in the U.S., as well as in Argentina, Australia, Israel, Jordan, Egypt, Kosovo, Japan, Mexico, Nigeria, South Africa, and the West Bank.William was formerly a project manager at Applied Research and Consulting, LLC (ARC) and a founding partner of The Michael Cohen Group, LLC. Earlier, as an officer with the American Council of Young Political Leaders (ACYPL), he hosted delegations of young politicians from Southern Africa, Eastern Europe, Japan, Mexico, Argentina, the Middle East, and China. He also led U.S. delegations to Mexico and Argentina.William received a B.A. in Comparative Religions from Duke University and an M.A. in Economic Development of Less Developed Countries from Georgetown University’s Center for Contemporary Arab Studies.
