Managing 100,000 square foot headquarters space as part of a multi-tenanted building since April 2016. This total includes 25,000 square feet of computer room space. Liaison to landlord and all contractors tasked with facilities work orders. Since May 2014, responsible as the team leader to relocate Stratus to the new building, including working with the internal move team, real estate brokerage team, project managers, architect and engineering design team, furniture provider, movers, site security and signage. Organized internal computer lab managers meetings for design and move requirements. Led effort to consolidate employee work spaces from offices to workstations and the coordination of the move. Decommissioned prior building space to return to the ownership and completed this project on time and on budget. Managed 300,000 square foot facility with responsibility for property maintenance, building security, food services, employee relocations, copier and mailing services and events. Successfully met budget requirements while maintaining excellent building appearance and responding to employee requests. Managed maintenance team that lowered electrical bills by $500k from 2009 to 2014, representing a reduction of 27% and also lowered building maintenance costs 10% from 2009 to 2015. Successful property tax abatements in 2010 and 2013 saved $66k and $52k respectively during town’s valuation assessment. Negotiated contracts with outsourced vendors and managed their activities as well as real estate transactions for field offices in the US and Canada. Currently leading Phoenix, AZ office relocation.
