Instead of monitoring the trailers, I now supervise the loading process of these trailers used by ES3. My responsibility involves a team of 10 forklift operators and 30 selectors. These selectors are responsible for compiling less than full pallet customer orders. It's a unique challenge to balance the customer's orders from a full pallet and mixed pallet stand point. Working in the largest dry grocery warehouse on the east coast warrants the attention from numerous customers.
