-Played integral role in development and implementation of an ESRI and Sharepoint-based system to consistently assess mechanical integrity of Plugged and Abandoned, Temporarily Abandoned, and Shut In wells.-Coordinated with field offices and GIS (Geographic Information Systems) to assist in implementing consistent surface risk assessment forms and surface data collection across regions.-Conducted root cause analyses of well failure trends. These included a tubing analysis, multiple failures of the same well, and an analysis of all CO2 flood failure types and associated field costs.

-Earned the Bronze Star Medal and was nominated for the MacArthur leadership award for target exploitation and raid operations in Baghdad and North Babil Province, Iraq.-Led successful route reconnaissance and cordon for rescue operation of one Polish and two Italian hostages from Iraqi Mujahedeen near Mahmoudiyah, Iraq. -Trained and led tank platoon (4 M1A1) to shoot the top gunnery scores of the battalion’s nine platoons in two of two combined gunnery exercises.
