Born and raised in Milwaukee, WI, I have spent most of the past thirteen years working overseas as a senior manager responding to humanitarian emergencies and implementing community-based development programs in some of the most difficult and complex operating environments in the world, including Afghanistan, Sudan and Turkey. Self-driven, responsible and hard-working, I am an experienced supervisor, project/budget manager, negotiator and grant-writer with a demonstrated track record of leading large, diverse teams to achieve successful results in collaboration with governments, community groups, and other private-sector organizations.
