• Responsible for leading sales & marketing activities for debt & credit products to clients and prospects in NH and northern MA• Exercises approval authority from $25mm to $1Bn in total credit exposure (dependent upon risk rating), and, in concert with credit and risk management, extend appropriate financing solutions to customers in assigned target market according to credit processes• Drives the loan documentation and closing processes• Designs and executes credit solutions, and actively manages asset quality• Collaborates with the Relationship Manager (RM), Treasury Solutions Officer (TSO), and other product partners to assess client needs, design integrated solutions, and deliver the Bank to clients and prospects• Continues to act as a credit mentor to not only junior underwriters, but also to Relationship Managers who are going through their developmental program
