My primary scope of responsibility's are supporting Engineering and Science faculty and staff with their Windows or Mac desktop and laptop computers, network printers, installing and troubleshooting software, re-imaging various Operating Systems and working with legacy systems, not to mention phone and remote connection support.

Hesburgh Libraries

I was responsible for the safety and security of the patrons and assets of the Hesburgh Library. I made rounds, answered questions both in person and by way of the telephone, assisted customers, kept daily logs, opened and closed the Library.
