Dakota over a 3-year period on a unit basis.•Due diligence in support of PSA exhibits during the successful sale ($650MM) of Seminole San Andres Unit, Gaines County, TX and W. Bravo Dome CO2 Unit, Hardin County, NM to Oxy Petroleum in 3Q17.•Conducted review of 400+ OGM leases to confirm various terms and obligations including allowable lessor production and marketing costs, continuous operations, shut-in provisions, surface use provisions and lease expiration / renewal terms. Results subsequently uploaded to Quorum Land System.•Business coordinator of document management system maintaining 1.25mm lease, contract and division order records. Provided training, document research, data integrity, attribute maintenance and document workflow support for land ops., land admin. and commercial groups representing 100+ active users. Interface to system IT support team for problem resolution and system enhancements.•Dedicated document systems support to project team charged with resolving multisystem inconsistencies for 500+ producing units. Exported updated SAP records and project deliverables to document management system with complete attributes.

•Team lead providing organization and direction to 20+ contractors responsible for in-depth review of client position and obligations in defined multi-county area and an ongoing parallel project to receive, image, upload to document system and set up new lease packets for large Marcellus Shale lease play.•Key support role interfacing with both broker firm management team (Ensley Properties) and client senior leadership in areas of contractor resource evaluation, team recommendations, team building, professional conduct guidance, contractor counseling and conflict resolution.•Contract project manager jointly teamed with client manager to successfully lead a multi-year / multi-asset program charged with responsibility to 1) convert client domestic land records to digital images, 9.1+mm pages processed and 2) conduct data integrity validation of lease, contract and property records in client land system, 200m+ records reviewed.
