Creating a variety of atmospheres throughout the week and venue to cater for everything from a nice quiet meal/drink, to corporate parties and club nights. Managing a team of over 30.

General Manager of one of the companies 3 fully-fitted Bingo Clubs in Dublin, Ireland. Responsible for all aspects of the day to day running of the club, from front facing customer relations to back office cash management.

Manager of a busy Dublin City bar, reporting directly to the owners. Responsible for day to day operations, promotions, staff hiring and development, stock orders and stock management, float management and cash handling. Thoroughly enjoyed the hustle and bustle of the bar trade, until an opportunity arose to return to the gaming sector.

Began as a trainee manager in 2003, working toward being promoted to general manager in 2005. Responsible for the day to day operation of a bingo club in Dublin. Under sustained pressure to deliver admissions and gross profit in a competitive environment.

During this time I was trained, and enjoyed learning about all aspects of the operation of a bingo club. From customer relations, ticket selling, cash handling and calling both bingo and M.C.B. This training led to me graduating to a Trainee Manager position in 2003 and eventually being promoted to General Manager in 2005.
