The most enjoyable part of being a Consultant with WMEP is working with individuals who are moving up in their organization. Working with people as they make the transition to supervisory roles is very rewarding. Training people using the Training Within Industry (TWI) system is a proven, effective means to increase the likelihood of success as they make the transition into leadership. I have lead Lean Manufacturing implementations at a variety of manufacturing operations. This included 5S and Kaizen programs. I also lead training sessions to educate production personnel about the concepts of Lean Manufacturing. Lean only succeeds when the business culture supports it. With a ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Certification I am able to lead ISO 9001:2015 implementations as well as conduct internal audits and train internal auditors.
