• Implements policies and procedures received from the Client, Site, and Operation Management
• Oversees and direct activities of all security personnel assigned to the shift.

• Assists in the placement and training of all security officers provided to the site by the Operations Department along with supervising other officers
• Assists with the maintaining of training records and testing programs for OJT (On Job Training) and on-going training programs.
• Takes appropriate disciplinary actions on security officers as required. Coordinate all employee actions with the Account Manager and Operations Manager.
• Monitors all documentation for accuracy, completeness and readability prior to forwarding to ABM/Client Management.
• Meet with Project Manager at least once per week to discuss current security related matters and future planning.
