• Performed a diverse range of banking and financial accountabilities, including, but not limited to: conducting case investigations to determine liability and fraudulent activity; resolving and processing chargebacks, rebills, account balancing, and necessary transfers; all of which resulting in highly efficient, and smooth-flowing banking operations. • Played a pivotal role in the successful launch of the revised Credit Bureau Disputes swim lane. • Evaluated transactional, Fraud Application, Account Takeover, and Charge-Off bad debt claims, and reviewed and administered crucial account decisions with high-dollar fraud greater than $25,000. • Maintained KYC and filed Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) in compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and Patriot Act. • Assisted in new hire training as a Subject Matter Expert in identity theft. Identified fraud trends and utilized identity software to include SQL, Lexis Nexis and Early Warning Systems check verification. • Provided daily detailed reporting to senior leadership and responded to high-level inquiries with comprehensive business knowledge. • Coordinated with team managers increasing departmental productivity across all swim lanes.
