Precision Guided Munitions, Non Commissioned Officer in Charge (NCOIC)Assigned as the direct supervisor of 35-member team, with the responsibility of performing maintenance, repair, and documentation of $155M Air-to-Air missiles. Further tasked as the Chief of Office Records, maintaining all historical documents for audit and tracking which received laudable comments and “Outstanding Team” for HQ Inspector General’s inspection of 2010. Munitions Control, NCOICDirect supervisor of 18 personnel responsible for coordinating daily work requirements for 11 separate elements and 200+ personnel. Additionally responsibility as the focal point for munitions reconciliation, Flight Scheduling program, and responsible for resolving any conflicts or issues in order to maintain the Munitions Stockpile valued at over $200 million dollars. Also responsible for tracking and maintaining all classified documents within the Munitions Flight using Air Force security directives and practices. Munitions Accountability, NCOICFilled duties as Munitions Accountability Officer (MASO) delegate, and Chief of Office Records. Responsibility encompassed 86 custodian accounts valued at $34M, and 3rd Wing account valued at over $200M. Responsible for all 10 percent monthly and 100 percent inventories to validate accounting methods. Further, tasked as Chief of Office Records responsible for accuracy of shipping and receiving documents, custodian/customer issue documents, and suspend and restricted material notification. This included 100 percent document tracking, filing and disposition functions.
