American Heart Association (AHA) Programso Coordinate and manage the completion, collection, and organization of department reporting needs including, but not limited to, American Heart Association reporting.o Manage AHA Instructor Database and OS Training Site to ensure all information from trainings is entered accurately, instructor credentials are maintained, paperwork is uploaded, etc.o Execute training programs in country, including education missions, MegaAHA Life Support training programs, specialty-specific training courses, and conferences.o Inventory current AHA equipment across countries and build proposal for purchasing equipment for AHA courses that will be donated to foundations, as needed/requested.o Help maintain accurate inventory of in-country supplies and equipment related to AHA trainings and working with the Logistics and Material Management Department, in-country staff, and Medical Oversight Department as needed.o Support department in tracking of expenses and payments related to AHA life support trainings.o Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation protocols to report on impact of AHA training in-country.o Review and support Regional Directors in the development of AHA activity planning as a compliment to fiscal year activity for global medical education, hospital partnerships, and health system strengthening.· Simulationo Build recommendations, through developing an executive summary, of opportunities for expanding simulation portfolio for surgical specialties; plastic and reconstructive surgery, cleft surgery, anesthesia, and pediatrics.o Identify and map simulation partnerships that Operation Smile can invest in as a means to sclae program offerings.o Work alongside subject matter experts and volunteers in respective specialties to consider the development of unique Operation Smile simulation products or programs.

Cultivate, promote and retain positive working relationships with community partners through effective communication, capacity building and community outreach while promoting workforce development support in health professions.
