My role as a Customer Service officer areReconciliation of daily , weekly and monthly reports-  Stock taking, stock inventory and IFS sales posting Receive and process cash, check and charge/credit payments Identifying business opportunities and maximizing them Provide monthly sales performance reports for distributors Ensuring that the quantity and quality of sales service meets the mtn standards Attend to customer queries within agreed SLA Ensure that customer specifications are met and that the customer is satisfied with the end service and/or product Describe product's features and benefits Provide information about warranties, manufacturing specifications, care and maintenance of merchandise and delivery options Recognize and monitor security issues
