As the New England Regional Manager and Senior Vice President, I utilize my experience and expertise to provide guidance and resources to address the engineering needs of our clients throughout the area. I manage our staff working throughout our ATANE branch offices located in Boston, Providence, and Wethersfield, CT. In my role I am responsible for the quality control, management, budgets, and all other responsibilities related to the day to day business of the Region and use my authority to direct resources where they are needed. I am the primary point of contact for many of the clients and professional organizations in the New England area. Some of the work under my supervision include the PM/CM for the Green Line Extension for MBTA in Somerville, the Rehabilitation of I-.95 over MNRR in Stamford for CTDOT, RIDOT Statewide On-Call Construction Inspection Services Providence, RI; CTDOT New Haven Main Line Catenary (SECTION C1-B) and Bridge Rehabilitation – Fairfield CT; Town of Guildford Engineering and Public Works Department, Replacement of the Saw Mill River Bridge, and The Metro North Railroad Replacement over Atlantic Street as well as many others.

I joined ATANE as a Project Manager and Assistant Vice President in September of 2011. At that time, my responsibilities included the day-to-day management and supervision of Resident Engineers and Inspectors on capital construction projects in New York City for NYCDOT and NYC DDC. This included the supervision and support through use of applicable city, state and federal bridge and highway standards, technical guidance on specifications, plans, scheduling, environmental regulations, constructability review, as well as other engineering issues to staff engineers. Examples of the projects include the REI Inspection of the Design-Build Bruckner Boulevard Bridge Reconstruction over Amtrak; REI Inspection of the Borden Avenue Bridge Reconstruction; REI Inspection of the St. George Ferry Terminal Bus Ramps in Staten Island, as well as others. I then began working for ATANE in CT where I oversaw the $43 M I-95 Rehabilitation project of Interchanges 14 and 15; and managed the I-278 Gowanus Expressway Steel Repair Project ($102M). After that, I served as a Senior Project Manager working throughout the region, including the Rehabilitation of I-95 over MNRR in Stamford, and The Metro North Railroad Bridge Replacement over Atlantic Street, also in Stamford.

Engineer in Charge of various construction projects in New York City since 1999. Projects supervised included $10M of Where and When Emergency Contract work; $21M Maintenance Work Order Contract; $40M Staten Island Bus Lane and sound barrier installation; and $148M Gowanus Expressway/Prospect Interchange Rehabilitation.
