Worked in the Picture Framing, printing and art consultancy industry for over 18 years with over 10 Years managerial experience. Working for the commercial and private sector with large clients involving project management, design and art consultancy. Starting and running Maloto Picture Framing in Dubai has allowed me to develop my skills in business development, growing the business from start up to one of the largest framing and Design companies in the UAE. In my role with Stu Williamson I was in charge of the production department where I have reduced costs drastically while growing the commercial side of the business drastically while maintaining the large volume of production that comes from our studio, the schools photography department and the 5 shops that we run in the UAE.
