I would have many different responsibility's that would include:- Quality control of food on the pass this includes making sure that there is no errors in the dish, double cheeking any allergies on the table and that any runners know what table to take the dish to.- Communicating between kitchen and front of house (FoH) for any issues that may have happened during the service, some example are when an item is out of stock, if a guest has a complaint about a dish or if there is food missing from the table.- Training many of the new staff to show them how our system works, the steps of service in our restaurant, how to use sevenrooms and explain the dishes how how the best way to describe them to a guest would be.This also includes the basic task of my job role such as hosting for a service, seating guest on there table telling them about the establishment and introducing there waiter to them.
