Have been in the Philippines since 1999. Projects in the Philippines are: Astec, Cavite and China, Texas Instruments, Baguio, Makati Shangra- La, TIPCO, Cypress, Amkor, Philips Calamba, Moog Controls Baguio and Psi TechnologiesDuring the last twenty four (24) years, I have worked exclusively in the field of energy conservation and management.Assignments include domestic (U.S.) and international (Thailand, Philippines, Mexico, China) locations.Assignment specifics relative to energy management:Seven (7) years with Emerson Electric. Corporate Position, Chief Energy Planner. Responsibilities included conservation efforts for 120 operating facilities, Utility Rate Interventions, DOE regulation compliance. Most assignments were in the industrial sector and include:• Light manufacturing and assembly operations.• Electronics manufacturing.• Steel and aluminum mills.• Paper mills including pulp mill operations.• Foundries (Steel, aluminum, brass)• Glass plants.• Textile plants and textile finishing operations.• Plastics operations.
