- Responsible for duty roster planning of in-house hospital services including transportation, housekeeping and security team- Coordinate training session for frontline staff- Prepare work instruction and various operational guideline- Set up work instruction of infectious screening ward especially during COVID-19 pandemic period- Update and maintain dispatch system of transport team - Handle emergencies including disaster, fire, patient restraint and public complaints- Analyze injury on duty case and conduct investigation for reporting

- Manage in-house and contract-out services including domestic & transportation, pest control, security, canteen, landscaping, convenience store and overnight room management- Liaise with department heads and service contractors in provision of services and monitoring contract-out service- Prepare for hospital accreditation such as document control, facility and signage management- Handle emergency incidents, design contingency workflow, guideline and policy- Corporate forums, ceremony and Hospital events- Other Ad Hoc duties assigned by Hospital management
