• Participated in the most successful launch in network history for Inbound and Inventory Control with the launch of the PHX1 fulfillment center.• Responsible for leading the creation, setting and implementation of all standard work best practices as well as support structures for continuous execution and evolvement from leadership for the FC. • Participated in the launch of EWR4 Amazon Robotics IB, SNA7/8 Quick Deploy and LGA9 Amazon Robotics OB buildings. • Acting support Senior Ops for LGA7/8 nights. Responsible for weekly metric reporting to network as well as communication to FC. Utilized data for team goal setting, action items and projects. • Mentoring AM’s on weekly performance and submitting quality metric reporting emails to FC within their respective departments to drive improvements across all shifts. Implementation of Leadership Principles throughout processes in relation to Amazon culture. Oversaw development of teams through One on One mentorship/interactions focused on team goal settings, action items and understanding of servant leadership.• Responsible for ensuring all standards for safety and quality are being executed. Attending production meetings, allocation of labor/resources and overall flow throughout all IB/OB operations as well as meeting all of team, department and FC goals and objectives. • EWR4 – Led OB dock operations as SME. Held weekly process path meetings that covered all aspects of Dock SOP, performance and quality. Within 12 week period, FC performance was improved from 526 TPH to 724 TPH resulting in a 27% reduction in cost with $2,271,360 in yearly savings or 108,160 man hours. Gains from SOP, resource allocations, streamlined physical foot print and performance expectations.• Developed and implemented quality feedback tool for all process paths within 8 Amazon Fulfillment Centers in the southwest region. • Facilitated an update of the Learn Before Doing portal content specifically for Each Receive and Dock which is a required educational tool for all new managers. This content has a direct impact in reduction of learning curve and ability to perform as an effective leader within an FC.• Created and implemented standard work best practices that are currently in benchmarking documents, specifically 3.1.1 – 3.3.1
