Participates in the Operations strategy with the aim of proactively contributing to the achievement of medium and long-term industrial targets by providing strategic inputs, in order to enable further business growth and driving operational excellence. Identifies, designs and introduces improved technological solutions to maximize the efficiency of process, ensuring risk assessments, reports any potential critical issues and deals with troubleshooting of technical product issues, deviations management and change control, working alongside the other functions involved. Enables innovation by the introduction of new technologies, infrastructure change and expansions (if applicable), processes and information systems as appropriate to address the changing environment, overseeing the relevant testing processes (i.e FAT, SAT) and qualification processes, working with the other external and internal stakeholders involved, enhances existing operations and strive toward excellence in operations, ensuring common approach at global level.I’m continuing to lead the Latina Ez Fill Plant start up and supporting the US Plant

Coordination and start up of Ez fill plants. Ez Fill is the brand for the sterile production. Supporting the Headquarter plant and the acting as Project Leader of:- Latina Ez Fill Plant- US Ez Fill Plant.Together with the controlling dept we create the business case for the two new plants. After the approval from the Board, I followed the creation of the team for the construction and the start up of the two plants.I manage an interfunctional team of around 15 workstream leaders that are building the plant and creating the team for the start up of the two sites.In US after an initial phase we created a local team in order to manage easily the relationship with the GC and the local authority.The two projects in total forecast a budget over 700 Mio€.

Production of glass vials,cartidges,syringes (Bulk and sterile), Maintenance, Quality Control, Planning, Continuous Improvement, EngineeringProduction of glass vials,cartridges,syringes (bulk and sterile), maintenance, quality control, continuous improvement.I lead the BU since 2011 when we produced 60 mio units per year with 90 headcounts. in 2018 we produced 800 mio units with around 800 employees. In this period I had the chance to implement the Hoshin Kanri, PCS, 5s and six sigma tools to improve the quality and performance level.Since 2019 we started a WCM program in collaboration with EFESO.Our customers are the main Pharma companies.I had the responsibility for the BGT (Capex, Opex and Headcounts).In 2019 as PM I managed the construction and start up of the new facility in the headquarter in Piombino Dese that allowed to double the production of sterile syringes in 2022.

I managed a plant with around 170 employees. where we produced woven not woven forv different sectors:1. roofing2. padding3. automotive

Production of bulk vials for pharmaceutical company.I managed the biggest vials production dept, around 200 Hcs and we produced 2 mio vials per day. During these years we improved the most important KPI (Glass Scrap) of around 10% points thanks to the new production organization and the awareness that we brought in Operations.
