Assisted the loan department in making decisions for members with substandard credit by evaluating collateral in current market conditions and making recommendations to reduce potential loss should the loan fail perform to Credit Union standards. Reviewed non-performing loans for recommendation to the Board of Directors for charge-off by following policy set forth by the Board of Directors.
