My 28 years of service in the United States Army have shaped me into a seasoned yet enthusiastic leader, deeply passionate about inspiring and motivating others. Throughout my military career, I've honed skills in motivational techniques and leadership, enabling me to drive both individuals and organizations toward achieving their goals. I've also gained extensive experience in delivering instructional training, preparing and giving speeches, and presenting in a variety of settings—including higher education institutions, classroom environments, corporate conferences, and via video and telephonic platforms.Before my military service, I held various roles in different industries: I managed operations at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, oversaw multiple movie theaters with United Artists and Edwards Cinemas, and served as a superintendent at a stevedore company managing cargo operations at the Port of Los Angeles/Long Beach. Additionally, I was in the process of becoming an insurance agent with Farmers Insurance before re-entering active duty for the past two decades.
