Assisted the Dept. of VA Office of Information Technology with oversight of IT projects. Analyzed data and provided reports on status of various projects. Also provided Acquisition support to program offices by assisting in preparation of Statements of Work, Independent Government Cost Estimates, and other paperwork required by Contracting Offices to initiate a procurement action

Held several positions during this time period. Was project manager for several projects under contracts with the Department of Veterans Affairs. Established a subcontracting program for a multimillion dollar five year contract with the Department of Veterans Affairs. Established subcontract statement of work templates, negotiated five year subcontract agreements, assisted in administering the subcontracts through issuance of purchase orders

Held several positions during this time period. Established the Business Office for the Veterans Affairs Account. Performed business development duties that assisted in bringing the account from a single purchase order of $67,000 to an account with over $100M in contracts with the Department of Veterans Affairs. Was the project manager on several projects under contracts with the Dept. of Veterans Affairs

Held various positions in several VA Medical Facilities and VA Central Office. The positions were Keypunch Operator, Purchasing Agent, Statistical Assistant, Chief Purchasing and Contracting, Contract Specialist and Director Acquisition Operations Service. Specialized in inventory control and purchasing and contracting. Managed some of the largest VA IDIQ Information Technology Contracts
