Drawing on over two decades of business operations experience, I provide valuable insight and guidance on developing and implementing various systems, training, and business strategies to support growth and change. I was brought on board with Council Oak Perio to cultivate a culture of teamwork and accountability that included providing coaching to staff on effective and supportive patient communication. With ForeverLawn Austin, I developed an innovative marketing strategy and produced introductory videos of their sales representatives for the clients, initiating the build of a client relationship with the staff.

Within this role, I developed innovative marketing and sales strategies to build and expand the recruitment pipeline. Also, I collaborated with the Executive Director on building a solid organizational culture. Highlights of my achievements included: Refocused marketing efforts by introducing utilization of social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.  Designed new tuition structure-Individualized Family Tuition, assisting families in creating an affordable tuition plan based on their budget. Partnered with administrators and teachers to conduct a monthly business review, evaluating school as a business to revise areas that would generate more business; set record-breaking number of students in school history for one year.

I directed the operations for $2M+ dental office, which included leading and developing a team to achieve organizational and personal success by mentoring and providing constructive coaching. I conducted weekly evaluations of key metrics to ensure office and employee success. I spearheaded the marketing initiatives and engaged with the community during various events to boost awareness for the new office location which acquired new potential patients.

As an Executive Director, I managed the overall business operations of the year-round camp, utilizing my strong business acumen and detailed planning. I successfully built marketing, development, sales, staffing, and information business strategies. One of my main achievements within this role: Revitalized organization’s financial viability within eight months, eliminating $25K of debt and growing annual revenue to $1M for a 250-bed facility.

I was brought on board to oversee the operations of a 400-bed conference center and program camps, yielding $5M in revenue annually. I played an instrumental role in the operation of Guest Services-Sales, Maintenance, Food Service, Accommodations, and Program departments. One of my main contributions was developing and implementing operations and budgets for all departments. A small selection of my accomplishments included: Grew business revenue from $2M to $5M by serving as key liaison and creator of the outdoor education program.  Created and implemented a performance review system that structured monthly meetings with direct reports, providing detailed summaries to utilize during a yearly performance review, eliminating ambiguity.
