Developed new brand from idea to pre-development, with plans to start development March 2020 (Covid forced us to pause). Work included market selection, analysis, and site underwriting, brand development, building a model room, putting together localized programming, developing our online brand and go to market launch strategy, negotiating development and management agreements and more.

Worked with the Director of Public Housing and Director of Community Development to underwrite public housing redevelopment projects, craft and score several RFPs, and solicit feedback from key stakeholders to develop strategic process improvements

Worked with head of social media on a campaign to put a human face behind Oscar's UI. The photos and bios we wrote for nearly every member of the company grew into the #WeAreOscar project on Oscar's Instagram page as well as its blog. Did an analysis of competitor's advertising and marketing strategies in the past and used those to make projections on what their campaigns would be like during the 2014 ACA enrollment period.Worked with the Community Outreach coordinator to create a year round community service program and set up several different events (such as the Wunderlust festival in Brooklyn) to get the Oscar Brand out there.

In addition to creating "Thrive 101," I conducted market research on companies varying from Soylent (the scientifically constructed complete meal replacement drink) to Health Care companies like Flatiron Health and Practice Fusion.
