CFO of Personal Genome Diagnostics, Inc from its inception until January 2019. Guided the Company from formation, through multiple capital raises, and from no employees to over 200. In this capacity I was responsible for accounting, finance, banking, human resources, legal, and compliance activities.

Vircity was created by my wife and I as a small business resource center, a “virtual office in the city”, assisting small to mid-sized business owners achieve their objectives through the creative utilization of their resources. Vircity offered administrative, finance, and marketing support in addition to general office services such as copying and printing, faxing, and high-speed scanning.We successfully sold this entrepreneurial adventure in May 2016.

Custom Direct was a national direct marketing firm with a focus on financial products. During my time there we grew the Company from 70 million to over 120 million. I started there as a consultant assisting the CFO with several acquisition integration projects. This 16 week contract turned into 6 years of employment. As the Corporate Controller we introduced several new platforms to measure and improve operating performance. As Vice President we were able to grow the contact centers, provide them with the tools to increase revenue, and optimized their performance to reduce our operating costs. The Company went public in 2005.

• Responsible for the development of the consulting practice with heavy concentration in valuation services, acquisition planning, troubled company consulting, divesture planning / value enhancement, and general business consulting. • Acted as interim CFO with a high tech client performing all related tasks.• Assisted in the valuation, marketing, and development of the due diligence process required by a client to prepare the Company for acquisition. • Assisted several clients in the areas of process reengineering and operational performance reviews resulting in significant operating cost reductions for clients.
