I previously worked as an assistant property manager at GFD Management where I managed shopping centers around the state of North Carolina. I maintained solid tenant relationships by keeping in contact with them regarding property issues, rent, and discussions with the lease terms. I also worked with contractors in receiving bids for property renovations and construction projects and over viewing said projects to completion. I also prepared monthly reports to the owners about the properties to analyze budgets and discuss property issues.I have also worked as a leasing consultant and apartment inspector at Foxridge and Hethwood Apartment Homes. I gained valuable experience being able interact with customers on a daily basis in order to meet their needs and give them information about the community. I have also interned with Beacon Communities for two summers where I continued to develop skills in the property management field and gain experience in affordable housing.I see myself as a very competitive person and I love working on challenges to push myself and be creative.
