- Devising, developing NICE’s national student champion program that aims to increase the uptake and use of evidence-based resources by future doctors, pharmacists, nurses and other health and social care professionals. The scheme trained over 300 future health care professional, who delivered peer to peer training to over 1000 fellow students. Universities have included: Birmingham, Cambridge, Leeds, and Liverpool John Moores. - Responsible for establishing NICE Evidence Services, planning and executing integrated public relation and digital campaigns to promote NICE Evidence Services and associated products to multiple stakeholder audience including attendance at health and social care exhibitions and conferences, engaging use of social media and SEO. NICE Evidence Search attracts over 300,000 unique visitors per month.- Developing, implementing and evaluating communications plans across multiple channels – targeting key audiences amongst health and social care professionals.- Handling media relations for NICE Evidence Services and associated NICE products.- Building affiliated relationships with Trust Medical Directors, Nursing Directors and Chief Pharmacist, Royal colleges and Medical schools in order to promote NICE Evidence Services.- Managing content of the NICE and NICE Evidence Services website, assisting with the building of new web sections and ensuring updated with changes to core products.- Reporting on and analysing awareness and usage trends, contributing to budgetary planning and development of the communications strategy and its implementation.- Devising and developing key messages for NICE Evidence Services and NICE.- Managing the brand and visual identity of NICE Evidence Services.

- Leading on developing and implementing the internal communications strategy for multi-site organisation and network of home workers including revising staff intranet to improve navigation and content.- Creating corporate branded weekly staff e-bulletin providing an overview of the important information for the past and up-and-coming week regularly drawing readership of 80%.- Responsible for planning and delivering quarterly news driven staff magazine focusing on in-depth project profiles and staff activities.- Instrumental in implementing organisation wide team meeting to include presentations from both senior and other staff briefing employees about forthcoming projects.

- Instrumental in increasing awareness and positioning the ICO as the UK’s leading authority on key information rights issues such as identity theft, freedom of Information and privacy, managing and delivering the creation of the ICO’s new brand and corporate identity.- Project managing the implementation of the ICO’s £200,000pa direct marketing fulfilments and distribution activities.- Responsible for planning and executing the ICO first ever public service free to air national B2C consumer rights advertising campaign.- Streamlining the ICO publications ensuring effective use of resources and meeting customer needs.- Planning and delivering the ICO’s ‘social networking young person’ campaign and microsite and B2B campaigns to increase the ICO notification revenue.- Producing wide range of supporting material including interactive training DVDs for SMEs, ICO consumer and trade publications for national distribution and developing and updating website and intranet content.
