I practice solely in the area of family law, including divorce, parentage (paternity), premarital (pre-nuptial) agreements, post-nuptial agreements, custody (allocation of parental responsibilities), post-high school (college) expenses, orders of protection, and child support cases. My role includes substantial trial experience in both complex financial litigation, as well as contentious child custody (allocation of parental responsibilities) litigation. My trial abilities allow for greater leverage in negotiating settlement agreements on behalf of my clients and their children.
