William Strobbe (1958) studied socio-cultural education. He worked in this sector for 10 years, and carried out international volunteer and education work for young people. He then transitioned to the commercial wine sector where he worked in a family-run company for a number of years. In the mid-1990s, he transitioned into training, coaching and consulting. Fascinated by learning and personal development, he attended different courses on : economics, gestaltpsychology and psycho-synthesis, NLP, psychodynamics, system thinking and Open Living Theatre. As a trainer, he facilitates MD programs for profit (such as the Fujifilm and other multinational companies) and non-profit (such as the health care and education sector). He also gives and develops programs and training courses in communication and team work, inspiring and innovative leadership, change management, personaleffectiveness and large scale interventions. His approach to working with groups is characterized by an interactive, dynamic, process oriented and creative behavior towards the things that happen in the here and now. He worked as senior trainer & director at de Baak Management Center from august 2001 till may 2017. He was leading the cluster Management Development of de Baak tailer made programs. William started in 2009 the Belgian branch of de Baak. As Director of de Baak Antwerpen at the location in "Koetshuis den Brandt" he developed with his team a strong global portfolio of international management development programs (India -US - Brazil - Curacao - Europe) for multinational companies. The Belgian location in Antwerpen was closed in december 2014. He returned to Driebergen. Since the beginning of 2015 he focuses his professional activities in training & consultancy. He focuses his work on organizations - leadership and personal development in the field of education and international programs. He decided to become a self-employed trainer-consultant and coach from june 2017.
