Commands the US Army's New Orleans Recruiting Company. Responsible for leading, training and sustaining 6 recruiting centers geographically dispersed over 8,800 square miles. Responsible for the morale, safety, health, welfare and quality of life of 33 Soldiers, their families and 1 civilian administrative assistant. Directly manages administrative procedures, training and resource management in accordance with all policies and regulations in order to achieve the battalion's recruiting mission. Executes detailed market analysis, targeting and planning in order to set conditions for success of all recruiting centers. Maintains a healthy command climate and enforces professional standards while maintaining over $870,000 of assigned property.

Assistant Brigade Intelligence Officer of a 4,150 Soldier Stryker Brigade Combat Team consisting of a Cavalry Squadron, three Infantry Battalions, an Engineer Battalion, a Brigade Support Battalion and a Field Artillery Battalion. Assists the Brigade Intelligence Officer by leading the Intelligence Current Operations section in a tactical environment. Responsible for the integration of intelligence between the Battalion Intelligence sections, provides supervision of maintenance on garrison personnel and information security programs. Provides oversight of the Isolated Personnel Reporting Program (ISOPREP), Department of the Army Cryptographic Access Program (DACAP), and intelligence Oversight (IIO) in support of the subordinate battalions and Brigade Headquarters and Headquarters Company. Ensures subordinate Battalions' compliance with Fort Bliss Installation Security Office and 1st Armored Division security reporting requirements.

Tactical Intelligence Officer for a 450 Trooper Stryker Cavalry Squadron. Conducts Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment during the Military Decision Making Process in support of the NORTHCOM Regionally Aligned Force mission set. Manages the collection, analysis and production of intelligence products. Leads the Squadron Information Security, Intelligence Oversight, Physical Security and personnel security programs in a garrison environment. Responsible for the training, health welfare, morale and professional development of one junior intelligence Officer, three intelligence Sergeants and seven intelligence analysts.

Executive Officer for a Headquarters and Headquarters Troop in a Stryker Cavalry Regiment. Responsible for maintenance, supply, logistics and conversion of an Armored Cavalry Regiment to a Stryker Cavalry Regiment as well as administration of a Class II budget of over $500,000. Responsible for maintenance readiness of one scout platoon, one mortar platoon, a headquarters sections as well as Squadron Staff sections consisting of 25 support vehicles and 19 Stryker variants valued in excess of $52 million. Responsible for new equipment fielding, distribution, accountability and maintenance.

Tactical Intelligence Officer for a 690 Trooper Stryker Infantry Squadron. Responsible for managing the collection, analysis and production of intelligence products. Manages the Squadron Information Security, Intelligence Oversight, Physical Security and Personnel Security Programs in a garrison environment. Ensures units maintain compliance with III Corps Installation Security Office and Fort Hood Directorate of Emergency Services' physical security requirements. Responsible for the training, health, welfare, morale and professional development of two senior intelligence sergeants and six junior intelligence analysts.

Tactical Intelligence Officer for 1st Squadron, 3d Armored Cavalry Regiment deployed in support of Operation New Dawn. Assists the Squadron S2 in Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment. Responsible for managing the collection, analysis and production of intelligence products. Manages the lethal targeting process for the Squadron and coordinates targeting efforts with adjacent units and agencies. Synchronizes employment of organic and external intelligence collection platforms including four HUMINT Collection Teams and one Multi-Functional Team. Responsible for training, health, welfare, morale and professional development of a senior intelligence analyst, two junior intelligence analysts and three cavalry Soldiers.

Assistant Regimental Intelligence Officer for 3d Armored Cavalry Regiment deployed to Babil Province, Iraq. Collects, processes and disseminates tactical and operational intelligence in support of Operation New Dawn. Manages the Regiment's security programs to include security clearances of up to 4,900 personnel up to TS-SCI. Also responsible for inspecting and ensuring physical security compliance for weapons and Communication Security of subordinate units.

Common Ground Station (CGS) Section Leader responsible for the welfare and training of five Soldiers. Performed training and instruction for system operators across all branches of service. Responsible for the operation and accountability of the CGS, associated workstations and equipment valued in excess of $4 million. Supports all aspects of the Army's Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System (JSTARS) Program Manager and TRADOC System Manager Test evaluations.

Common Ground Station (CGS) Team Leader responsible for six Soldiers and equipment valued in excess of $4 million dollars. Leads tactical employment and setup of the CGS to include crew drills, maintenance and team training. Performs quality control of intelligence products for the Assistant Chief of Staff for Intelligence (G2), 4th Infantry Division.
