Private Ads Experiences: Regulatory Products - Area Lead[Building a new ad delivery product to comply with regulatory changes around the world.]• NOYB - Lead TPM for the NOYB regulatory product all up, working with 120+ Engineers and 30+ more cross-functional partners (Legal, Policy, Business, UXR, QA, to name a few) across six workstreams to drive overall strategy, roadmap, execution. I'm part of a very small circle of senior leads (just 5 people) on this project where we find the most optimized solutions through urgent and existential dilemmas on this project. At the ground-level, I work closely with partners across multiple teams and roles, drive D-level escalations, reviews, and decisions to ensuring the product's successful delivery launch of its three stages: stop-gap, MVP, and Post-MVP.• Youth Ad - TPM SME for the new Youth Ads product and experience that will further protect teens/youths by limiting user data allowed for ads, while helping the company become compliant with the newest regulations protecting youths. Fair Ad Experiences: Ads Fairness ML[Build a more demonstrably fair ad experience for people, society, and businesses.]• Founding member and TPM STO of the Ads Fairness team. Responsible for the strategy, direction building, execution, and program management, of all four sub-tracks -- Regulated Advertisers, Equality, Equity, and Fairness Explainability. Shipped multiple products that helped Meta to be compliant with the newest fairness regulations. - Shipped the Variance Reduction System (VRS) as part of the settlement agreement with US DOJ to detect and mitigate variance on US Housing ads. - Shipped Special Ad Delivery (SpAD) that helps stop the use of protected class information in HEC ads in US and Canada to be compliant with new regulations from state and federal levels. - Drove the effort which eventually led to the online launch of a mitigation to model miscalibration against various different protected class groups.
