Private Ads Experiences: Regulatory Products - Area Lead[Building a new ad delivery product to comply with regulatory changes around the world.]• NOYB - Lead TPM for the NOYB regulatory product all up, working with 120+ Engineers and 30+ more cross-functional partners (Legal, Policy, Business, UXR, QA, to name a few) across six workstreams to drive overall strategy, roadmap, execution. I'm part of a very small circle of senior leads (just 5 people) on this project where we find the most optimized solutions through urgent and existential dilemmas on this project. At the ground-level, I work closely with partners across multiple teams and roles, drive D-level escalations, reviews, and decisions to ensuring the product's successful delivery launch of its three stages: stop-gap, MVP, and Post-MVP.• Youth Ad - TPM SME for the new Youth Ads product and experience that will further protect teens/youths by limiting user data allowed for ads, while helping the company become compliant with the newest regulations protecting youths. Fair Ad Experiences: Ads Fairness ML[Build a more demonstrably fair ad experience for people, society, and businesses.]• Founding member and TPM STO of the Ads Fairness team. Responsible for the strategy, direction building, execution, and program management, of all four sub-tracks -- Regulated Advertisers, Equality, Equity, and Fairness Explainability. Shipped multiple products that helped Meta to be compliant with the newest fairness regulations. - Shipped the Variance Reduction System (VRS) as part of the settlement agreement with US DOJ to detect and mitigate variance on US Housing ads. - Shipped Special Ad Delivery (SpAD) that helps stop the use of protected class information in HEC ads in US and Canada to be compliant with new regulations from state and federal levels. - Drove the effort which eventually led to the online launch of a mitigation to model miscalibration against various different protected class groups.

Single threaded owner of the brand-new Office 365 Threat Protection "Security Posture" product area to combat security gaps introduced by customer-side security configuration shortcomings. Strategized the prioritization of works in this newly-formed area, and designed, driven, and delivered multiple products, such as the Configuration Analyzer, Preset Security Policies (templated policies), Configuration Alerts, and the all-new Office 365 Security Insights. All features are cohesively integrated with the existing Microsoft 365 security stack.Single threaded owner for Office 365 Tags experience to enable labeling, searching, filtering, and organizing users and groups via Tags. This also includes the "Priority Account" tag, which differentiates HVTs (high-valued targets) from non-HVTs, to allow security admins and sec-ops better control and monitoring for HVTs.Single threaded owner of Office 365 Reporting renewal with migration of data onto a brand-new N.R.T. data platform, creation of new reports, and enhancements of existing reports to enhance reporting experience.Owner of Office 365 ATP pre-breach capabilities and expansions into other Office 365 apps. Projects include Safe Links-Links Open Fast, which enabled apps to open natively post-Safe Links protection, and Safe Links for Microsoft Teams (one of the newest Microsoft's productivity/collaboration apps).

PM for O365 ATP and its first global release (now M365 Defender for Office). Its launch resulted in elevating Microsoft’s Secure Email Gateway solution on the Gartner's Magic Quadrant from the "Challengers" quadrant into the "Leaders" quadrant. ­Managed and analyzed growth KPIs and service health metrics of multiple highly visible features and presenting them at VP-level monthly service reviews.­Defined the strategy, vision, and roadmap of horizontal ATP growth into Office productivity apps and collaboration platforms and drove detailed executions across different teams and organization on approximately a dozen related projects. ­­STO of ATP Safe Links: Designed, managed, and shipped URL detonation that leverages antiphishing ML models for determining detonation selections of URLs to combat against sophisticated phishing attacks. This feature is responsible for catching 20% of phishing messages each month.­Designed, managed, and shipped Safe Links Native Link Rendering that restored the display URLs rewritten and obfuscated by Safe Links to its original form, which driven down customer escalations related to link readability by 90%+.Anti-Malware: Designed, driven, and shipped Anti-Malware features within Exchange Online Protection (EOP) to block untrusted file types. This is an on-by-default feature and is used by over 90% of EOP customers.Closely worked with Marketing and various customer account teams to assist with sales blockers, including directly engaging with multiple major customers across the world in a white glove program to collect feedback, facilitate product onboarding, and drive adoption. This effort translated to over ten sales wins of large customers, including one of the largest with over 200K users.­Contributed to presentation material, and presented at seven Microsoft conferences in America, Europe, and Asia with average attendance of 250+ people to educate customers and partners about our products.
