In this role, I was responsible for continuing to successfully maintain a strict budget for food, labor, and supplies. I was also responsible for assuring that other store managers were properly and thoroughly trained in their areas of responsibility. While serving as Acting General Manager in another location I was able to increase the number of employees by 50% to meet staffing needs and implement protocols that led to food and labor goals being met. Was named manager of the year for our district in 2018.
