I am currently in my third year of studying Psychological Science at Deakin University and am Majoring in The Child and Family. I am enthusiastic in work which involves people, be it working with or for them.I worked at McDonald's for 4 years from the day I was able to get a job, and am thankful as it allowed me to gain important experience and learn a number of useful skills early in my career. It provided me with a network and professional relations which would prove useful in my future career and also on a personal basis. I started at Inspiring Vacations in January of 2022, and have enjoyed getting to know my colleagues and the workplace. My job as a Customer Success Specialist is to ensure customer satisfaction and provide assistance to them throughout their booking process. I have gained a lot of experience which I will be able to carry throughout my professional career. These include skills such as Professional Communication within the Workplace, Building Customer Relations through Email, Phone and In-Person contact and Working in a team to maintain an Effective Workplace to name a few.
