Meet William:No matter which department I serve in, I still believe in the core belief of communication and knowledge to bring about the best of the individual and for the best of the company.- Employees, including team work and individual development- Customer Service and providing the best service aroundEverything else is a by-product when the employees are educated, trained, and respected. Customer service is obtained through providing the customer with the items they wish to purchase or will be purchasing. In Industrial Controls, we provide, not just technical correctness, but aesthetical precision as well. It must work right, look right, and meet the customer's needs. The evidence of this by-product is self-producing. After my arrival and implementing proper procedures, we noticed a vast drop in customer "returns" and requests for field service for low quality products. We have maintained this since and have a <5% yearly return rate. This does not include product that we program, start up, and/or receive change orders for. This is strictly product manufactured and shipped to customer. Because of this, we have gained many more customers looking for our manufacturing and have not only grown business with some of our customers, but have become their exclusive vendor/contractor.I maintain verbal and visual contact with my employees and customers to be successful in this endeavor. If you observe my resume and wish to contact me, please do so via email that is posted or DM. Please note that I am not for Hire at this point in time.If you need assistance or manufacturing for your needs, do not hesitate to reach out. ADGO Inc has been in the industry for over 60 years and we can aid in custom engineering and manufacturing of industrial controls. For potential vendors and suppliers, we may be interested if you currently have a sustainable inventory that will help us drive business during this time.

Produce Department ManagerWalmart Oct 2009 - Jul 2013Mason, OhioStandards in produce are much different than other departments. The department had a high turn over of fresh and packaged food. Ordering and keeping track of my on-hand counts was not enough, I had to make sure the freshest product was reaching the sales floor and nothing else. My daily routine would consist of removing and scanning out damaged product, or product not fresh anymore. Most items I could use for our Feeding America program where we donated our damaged food to local food banks. I would also check the delivery of the day to make sure freshness was being upheld at the warehouse. If not I would simply credit the food and donate. Anytime I could not donate I would put the product in a compost.Other tasks would include price changes, delegate tasks to crew, customer service, modular reset, ordering, breaking down the delivery, monthly inventory, culling product, seasonal changes, and feature changes (COMAC). -
Frozen Food Department ManagerWalmart Oct 2006 - Oct 2009Mason, OhBefore operating Frozen Foods, I help set up and build the Wal-Mart Supercenter in MAson, OH. All that is completed by the construction companies is the outer shell of the store, electrical, heating/cooling, and refrigeration. Everything else is set up by the employees, this includes the shelves, racks, storage units, inventory system, registers, and stocking. I still feel a lot of pride when I walk into this store, because I helped build it and put a lot of time into making it successful. As for the duties in Frozen Food I had to monitor temperature ranges and report anything wrong to Home Office, price changes, project task to crew, organize inventory, seasonal resets, assist in Dairy department, and communicate to store management with weekly reports. -
Grocery Department ManagerWalmart Aug 2004 - Nov 2006Cincinnati, OhI was promoted to Grocery Department Manager after six months of working in the backroom of the store as a Truck Unloader and ICS team member. This was for store #1441 that was originally on Fields Ertel Rd before it moved to it's Mason, OH location. My tasks as a Division 1 Grocery manager were price changes, coordinate project work with my third shift team, communication and seasonal reset work with the Store Manager, feature work, helping ICS team work product picks, set up for backroom truck delivery, and help other departments when I could.
