Bill Huff is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting in 1991.  Bill obtained his CPA license from the state of Texas in 1995 and has over 25 years of accounting and auditing experience. Bill's experience spans many industries, including real estate, non-profits, construction, employee benefit plans, oil and gas and manufacturing.  Bill also has experience in compliance auditing for various government agencies and has performed audits of publicly held companies.  In addition to auditing, Bill has helped clients prepare reports for submission to the Securities Exchange Commission.Bill has extensive experience with performing audits for the Department of Housing and Urban Development and has been performing/leading these audits for over 20 years.  He has either performed or been the partner in charge and been responsible for the overall planning, organization and completion of these audits and performing the agreed-upon procedures for the submission in the REAC system.  His HUD clients cover many facets of the HUD spectrum including companies who construct, develop, or finance multi-family housing projects. He also assists with the calculations of surplus cash for clients and discusses issues with HUD personnel to assist in the resolution of audit and compliance findings.  Bill is a member of the AICPA and the TSCPA.  Bill is also a member of AHACPA (Affordable Housing Association of Certified Public Accountants), REFEA (Real Estate Financial Executives Association), Apartment Association of Greater Dallas, TAA (Texas Apartment Association), and the National Apartment Association.  He has served on the board of the Texas Exes Dallas Chapter for over 10 years and is actively involved in his community.
