System Estimator • Review plans and specifications, obtain pricing for all components, concrete vaults, metal fabrications, covers and hatches for Contractors, Private and Commercial Owners and City Agencies such as The Irvine Company, City of San Diego, Qualcomm, City of Sumner, Washington and Scripps Medical Center. ­ Estimate specific filtering systems based on Bio Clean’s engineering drawings, along with contract plans and specs. ­ Prepare quotes and distribute to all Contractors bidding the project. ­ Orchestrate and manage Precasters and Fabricators to insure projects stay on time and on budget.

Inventory Management Specialist• Utilizing Inventory Management Systems software, counted and verified assigned products at various retail stores such as Sears, Kohl's, Macy's and Orchard Supply Hardware. • Uploaded results to the remote RGIS central computer for reporting and analysis.

Director of Business Development• Marketed, promoted and sold new precast concrete products, such as Redi-Rock Retaining Walls and StoneTree® Fence Walls reaching out to Engineers, Developers, Architects and Home Builders. • Worked directly with Developers, Engineers and Architects performing takeoffs, create quotes and estimates. • Presented “Lunch & Learn” PowerPoint presentations to Engineers, Contractors and Landscape Architects.

West Coast Project Manager and Consultant• Representative for the North Milliken Ave Grade Separation in Ontario, CA to manage the expansive T-WALL project. • Project Manager from pre-bid to production, tasked with the granular understanding of design, engineering, structural and architectural drawings determining project and Precaster's capabilities ensuring on-time and on-budget deliverables.• Worked closely with Precaster for receipt of formwork and the set up of forms and Precaster’s production area.

General Manager• Responsible for all daily operations, management of all projects including contract negotiations, achieving and maintaining Agency certifications (CalTrans, NPCA and the City of Los Angeles) and the management of the quality control department.­ Recognized by Management as key contributor finishing (in the first 2 years) in the top 25 of all NPCA certified plants.­ The Cal Trans production facility approval required extensive changes to the plant, requiring PCI Institute’s QC personnel Level III Certification, spawning the creation of a company QC Manual.• Managed production scheduling, production and submittal drawings, coordination with the Contractors and Owners directly impacting budgets and deliveries. • Oversaw the hiring and training of Quality Control employees determining role, responsibilities and deliverables.

Sales Engineer• Responsible for calling on Architects and Engineers in Southern California promoting our architectural precast concrete for buildings.­ Worked directly with Architects with pre-bid samples, concrete details and specifications and assisted the Project Engineers with connection systems and details. • Recruited to consult and work directly with the West Sacramento Office on several estimating projects.

Plant Manager• Responsible for all the production, sales and delivery coordination for the Corona, California Plant building mostly CalTrans K-Rail Barriers and retaining wall panels, later working on office building wall panels. • Orchestrated and implemented the production scheduling, managing 70+ Plant and Office Employees for The Metro Transit Authority of Los Angeles for several thousand panels used as the driving surface for Hollywood Blvd.

Chief Estimator• Product estimating for large diameter aluminum Geodesic Dome Roofs (30’ to over 300’) used for the sealing and protection of water and volatile fluids and Sporting Venues. • Established project plans, timelines and budgets ensuring on-time and on-budget deliverables.

Project Manager – January 1986 to October 1992• Overall Project Manager responsible from end-to-end, taking the project from the Sales Department to completion. • Worked directly with the Los Angeles City Engineering Department negotiating precast concrete approvals on several projects while attending project coordination meetings for all assigned projects.Estimator – September 1981 to January 1986• Working directly with produced pre-stressed piling, several styles of bridge girders and architectural precast concrete, responsible for the quantity takeoffs, piece counts and final pricing and coordination with engineering for design ideas.• Oversaw plant production for labor hours, forming input and the field department supplying input identifying field risks.Sales and Business Development Associate - December 1980 to September 1981• Responsible for promotion and sales of precast architectural and structural products in San Diego and Orange County, California contacting Architects and Engineers featuring the use of precast concrete on a variety of projects.• Attended Structural Engineers Association meetings to network with Engineers and promote products.

Production and Quality Control Manager – March 1977 to December 1980• Performed concrete inspections and testing to monitor product quality. ­ Maintained daily production and QC records. • Project Manager for two special projects: Orange County Sanitation – 48” ID PVC lined rubber gasket sewer pipe (approximately 2 miles) and Oceano Outfall 30” PVC lined rubber gasket pipe.Sales and Business Development Associate – October 1976 to December 1980• Called on Contractors and Engineers to promote products overseeing assigned Contractors for follow up on projects bid. • Attend meetings for General Contractors, Structural Engineers and California Precast Concrete Pipe Associations.Assistant Engineer - September 1975 to December 1980• Created all the pipeline layout drawings identifying key pieces required for projects and light design projects required.
