Using mixed-method research to produce actionable insight that product and marketing teams can use to drive conversion and retention.

Developing strategy across communication channels in order to best present Indie Bay to the world. I work with our partners to make sure our marketing, social and PR are working as hard as they can for us, whilst conducting category and market research to ensure our offering matches our consumer and customers needs.

Activation means getting things going and, nore importantly, getting them done. As well as helping support engagement with our communities through social media and website analytics, and carrying our categories and market research, I also co-operate with all members of the Indie Bay team to ensure projects and tasks get completed on time and in full.

I provided tuition services for students ranging from KS3 up to A level in mathematics and the three sciences. My aim encourage a sense of curiosity and inquisitiveness, and try to stretch my students beyond the syllabus where possible, in order to foster a genuine love of the study of science, whilst maintaing professional working relationships and excellent communication with clients and their children.
