Site Supervisor providing multi-disciplinary support.• June 2024 – Present: Site Supervisor HPHT completions. Lead completions supervisor on Jackdaw. Safely executed the worlds first 10,000psi under balanced WBCU and completion. The first well of a four well uHPHT campaign. Contract holder for ROV services. Recently concluded UK ROV competitive tendering strategy, contract negotiations and extensions.• 2020 – 2024: Site Supervisor Subsea. The first Shell UK staff subsea supervisor. Supervised and managed the safe delivery of numerous new wells throughout the entire well construction phase from top-hole through to completion and Xmas Tree. Also provided Completions Supervision during this period on Shearwater phase 4 workovers. NDSV cover as required.• 2019 – 2020: Assist and Assure Coach. 18 months providing coaching and support to supervisors and crews during semi-submersible rig and LWIV intakes. Demonstrated influencing skills & mentored offshore team to LTI free well operations.• 2013 – 2019: Site Supervisor UK & Tunisia. UK Operations included JU/semi-sub workovers, new completions, gravel packs, well tests, hydraulic workovers and coiled tubing activities. Subsea tools and equipment knowledge gained on various semi-submersible rigs in the role of lead CWI supervisor. In 2016, managed and implemented the BG transition to Shell. I supervised numerous interventions on both the Miskar and Hasdrubal platforms in Tunisia whilst implementing and embedding the Shell systems of work. Returned to the UK as part of the Noble Hans Deul HPHT supervisory team for the Shearwater phase 3 completion campaign.• 2012 – 2013: Site Supervisor UK & Netherlands. Southern North Sea, UK and Dutch sectors, supervising operations on a self-propelled jack up vessel. Operations performed on this vessel included coiled tubing deployed velocity strings, clean outs, re-perforating and well tests.

• Technical focal point for a large HPHT North Sea development, one of the largest of its kind in the UKCS. Single point of contact for liners, WBCU and Completions product lines.

• Managed 15 direct reports.• Supplied technical support, equipment sales & rentals, financial and revenue reporting. Worked alongside Exxon, Shell, Chevron, Agip ENI.

• Nexen UK contract, at the time the largest contract for Baker Oil Tools cased hole completions department within the UK Geomarket.• Worked closely with the Nexen Drilling and Completions team to provide technical assistance and operational support.

• Centrilift (ESP) lead supervisor. Managed and supervised stakeholders from Baker Oil Tools, Schlumberger and Weatherford on projects both in the UK and internationally• Technical specialist with Baker Oil Tools. Progressed to senior specialist and worked in a number of global locations. Project managed operations in Cote d’Ivoire for 3 years.
