As Senior Vice President, I am a company leader, with a range of responsibilities. I help guide the firm's vision and participate in strategic decision-making, and business development. I direct all preconstruction and estimating services, as well as sub-consultant procurement. I also oversee our accounting department, support contract negotiations, and head up talent acquisition and development to meet KBE-NY's growing staffing needs.

Responsible for estimating and bidding Lump Sum and GMP agreements for various types of construction projects. Develop project estimates from Conceptual design through GMP Bid/Construction documents. Perform Pre-construction services through bid and award phase for all project types.

Responsible for developing and reviewing Commercial, Institutional, Interiors and High-rise estimates from conceptual to construction stage. Work with purchasing department in scope development and purchase of subcontractor trades. Work along with Senior Executives to perform Pre-construction services.

Responsible for budgeting, bidding and establishing Lump Sum Bid or GMP agreements for various types of construction projects. Purchase trades after Bid or GMP award. Develop project estimates from Conceptual design through GMP Bid/Construction documents. Perform Pre-construction services with estimating department. Negotiate subcontractor contracts.

As Project Manager work responsibilities included generating and updating a project schedule, managing project change orders, RFI and Submittal log, procuring necessary materials by subcontractors to sustain the project schedule, informing owner of continued work progress through weekly subcontractor meeting minutes and bi-monthly owner’s meetings, developing correspondence between subcontractors, architect, engineer and owner, and generating monthly billing payments and requisitions. As project Superintendent transmitted all submittals from various subcontractors and maintained a submittal log, wrote daily reports, worked with subcontractors to reconcile differences between site conditions and job specifications, and organized all records pertaining to the project.

Project Manager for numerous projects involving the entire foundation design, construction phase services monitoring, review of blue-prints and shop drawings in the field.Performed and supervised dynamic pile testing and analysis of all types of piles utilizing the Pile Dynamic Analyzer (PDA)

Oversaw various soil investigation programs and managed controlled inspection for pile driving. Projects included Terminal One at JFK Intl Airport and NY Times facilty in Queens. Wrote Geotechnical reports on for Pavement analysis, Delta Jet Bridges

Baltimore, Maryland Area

Project Engineer for Delaware and Jupiter Island Shore Reclamation Projects. Oversaw construction of 7000' dike and Spillway and conducted surveys along Houston Ship Channel. Survey Crew Chief for numerous hydrographic and topographic surveys in NY, NJ, MD, VA, FL and TX
