In this position I served as the department supervisor of the Tech sales and repairs section of my store. I handled high-ticket purchases, intensive tech repairs ranging from iphone screen repairs to resolving registry errors and recovering corrupted hard disk drives. I also handled customer complaints, received inventory shipments, and trained new employees on both sales techniques and repair processes.
