Current• HR Advisor - Works closely with leadership teams to serve as a trusted advisor, partner with and provide sound counsel and guidance to the global team. Approachable and a trusted confidant to those across the business at all levels.• Change management & Communications – Partner with business & HR teams to provide guidance and support in change management activities which could include organization changes and restructuring – including integration workstreams to onboard acquired businesses as required. • Data & Analytics – Utilizing Workday to manage core business processes, highlighting improvements and reviewing trend data to improve business performance• Employee relations & managing performance – Work with leadership and HR team members to identify and resolve ER issues in a timely manner and in consultation as needed with appropriate parties (legal, management, etc.). Manage issues consistent with Company policies, procedures, and performance management approaches.• HR Service Delivery - Partner with COE in HBK as required resources to manage HR process and service delivery items such as engagement, talent management, performance, and development to ensure active participation, training, and compliance for all employees. • Compensation & benefits execution – Provide guidance related to new hire, promotion, and annual compensation review activities- ensure smooth and accurate execution from decision to communication including any Workday and payroll update actions • Team leadership - managing a team of HR professionals in the US (4 employees) to deliver an operational service to our employees across a number of sites/facilities
